“For a couple years I've been experiencing issues with my truck and everywhere I took it (including dealership) they would just tell me my 02 sensors needed replaced. Well after them going out constantly and the final straw was them not even lasting a month, a friend recommended Channel Ridge. Matt took the time to check over everything and turns out my pcm was actually the issue the entire time. Matt not only helped resolve this nuisance and pricy issue from all the sensors I went through, but he was very professional, friendly, fast service. “If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I was traveling from Florida in my motorhome and was stranded a few miles from their shop. I called them because the Ford dealership highly recommended them. The service manager sent out a tech who scanned my motor and cleared the codes so I could drive it to their shop where they further investigated it. Turns out that it was a simple issue and they advised me to have it checked out when I arrived at my destination. They only charged me one hour of time. They very well could have taken advantage of me since I know nothing about diesel motors. They were truly a god sent and obviously well versed in diesel motors since they had a fleet of UPS trucks outside their facility!”

They promptly repaired the tire then proceeded to tell me they perform flat repairs for free. “We were traveling across Kansas with our truck and travel trailer when we decided to stop at a rest stop. When we started the truck back up we got a warning that there was a problem with the connection to the trailer. We disconnected the trailer, cleaned the contacts and still had the warning. All the lights still worked and as far as we could tell the trailer brakes were working . We looked up in the trucks owner’s manual and it just said to see a dealer.
So after spending 2+ hours at the dealer and not finding anything wrong with the truck, they referred us to Lorenson Industries. It was after 5 o’clock but they answered their phone. Told us that they could get us in three days later. ? We were only planning to spend one night in Salina, KS. After some more discussion they said we could come in first thing in the morning and they would look for any obvious problem but they wouldn’t have time for anything more than that.
So we arrived at 8:10 am the next morning and they got us in right away. In less than 20 minutes they found 2 broken wires leading to the rear drivers side brake on our trailer. All was fixed and we were back on the road in less than an hour! Thank you Kent Lorenson for squeezing us into your busy day. We truly appreciate it!!”
