“The Clay Center Locker is far and above the best place to get local beef and pork in various cuts. They carry a wide variety of cuts and delicious housemate Sausages, Patties, Meat Sticks and Jerky's and Alma Cheeses. That being said, we recently bought some Chicago Style Brats and were not impressed by them. My Wife is a Chicago Native and has never heard of a Chicago Style Brat. They were basically bland and lacked in seasoning. Besides that, the Locker is a great place to pickup your summer grilling or even fall soup supplies. Try them, I doubt that you be disappointed.”
