Short Stop #1 is a local convenience store known for its friendly manager and dedicated staff. Although it can get busy and sometimes has long lines due to being short-staffed, customers appreciate the cleanliness of the store and restrooms. The new, larger location offers a great variety of drinks and snacks, along with local newspapers, and even provides gas at a lower price.
Bathrooms were pleasantly clean. I wish they had an option for plain sparkle water though.

Store was very clean, well stocked and had some self-check out stations so I can’t make a comment on staff being “rude” (as outlined in some reviews). There were quite a few staff members around so not sure if the store is this busy or if they were doing inventory or truck.

The employee that was in charge on Jan, 5th 2025 was the most rude person and unprofessional that I have ever encountered in the whole Midwest area... At least the bathroom was clean. I understand due to the storm he might be upset but there is no need to taking up against everyone else.
