I took my 4lb Yorkie here, and I'll never take him again!! She was rude to me, she was mean to my poor little boy, she threw him into my car window at me, because I was coming from over an hour away, and when I called once I got there to pick him up she wasn't done, I waited another hour in the driveway because she said 15-20 mins longer, and when I said I really need to go I have other stuff to get done she got angry, was not necessary to hurt my dog, and if you can't do it in the 2 hours you tell me then don't tell me 2 hours!

The first time I brought Peaches in she already loved the atmosphere and Ivey her groomer. She is super nice, treats Peaches really well and does an amazing job on Peaches. As a corgi owner its difficult to find a groomer that can do a good job on grooming a corgi as the breed has a very pronounced posterior. But Peaches always feels comfortable with them and always come out happy and smelling fresh and with a cute booty

Tried out this place for the first time today since Petco couldn't give him his bath (said he was too anxious and couldn't handle him). Fluff and Puff was very gentle and friendly with Katsu for his bath, nail trim, and even gave him a bandana! No more Petco, we are now Fluff and Puff clients! Happy dog happy life!

Doodle mixes are pretty high maintenance especially when it comes grooming. My daily brushing and conditioning could never fix my dog Oliver's matted fur. I finally went on Yelp, and found this place. Their website stated no new clients, but I decided to call and see if there was any openings. Low and behold it was that day they had a spot opened so I grabbed it immediately and I'm so glad to have a pet groomer close to where I live. Ivy the groomer not only did a fantastic job but I didn't even need to tell her what I wanted for Oliver, she just got it. The photo I posted is the second time I booked with them and this was on 1-28-23 and Oliver was in desperate need of a clean up. Not only did they take such care and detail, but they give you advice on how to maintain the fur in between grooming sessions. Now I bought a metal comb so the next time I bring him in, he wouldn't be in any agony from the matting because of their advice to comb him daily. Also Julie, who works the front is so sweet. She asked all these questions on how I wanted the cut specifically from the face, length and then the tail if I wanted it proportioned! Like what?!?! They gave him the teddy bear cut and look how cute he looks!!! Thank you Fluff n Puff.

Was told this business has new management so decided to take my toy poodle for a grooming. Glad I did. The owner, Ivy was very nice, professional and gave me a consultation prior to beginning any work. She worked with me to make sure I was happy with the type of cut she would give Arlo so that there would be no surprises. The grooming was executed beautifully!! My puppy looked so adorable I barely recognized him! Love that they also provide you with a report card post-grooming to let you know how your dog behaved. I will definitely be bringing my pup back here.

I've gone through many groomers from boutique pet stores in LA that serve Fiji water to each individual dog to doing it myself with some safety scissors. I've tried it all and everything in between but no one does it better than Ivy. My Shih Tzu has a long skinny body, huge paws, a small head and tiny beady eyes. Before finding Ivy, he'd come back from a cut with a face only his mother could love. My Shih Tzu also isn't well behaved - he hates water and hates having his paws touched. He barks at the blow dryer making every groomer his arch nemesis.Surprisingly, my dog loves Ivy. She is patient and gentle with him. She notices his quirky looks and grooms my fur baby with care to compliment his features. On walks along side our pure bred, champion-line, Husky, he usually he goes unnoticed, but after a grooming session with Ivy, my dog gets compliments and so much love. As a fur-mom, I'm overjoyed to see my fur baby getting much wanted attention. Ivy is the only groomer I trust that will cut my dogs hair the way I like. I've followed her from SF to her new shop in San Mateo. She is also an amazing artist that paints custom portraits of her clients. She truly loves fur babies and you can tell in her work (grooming and art).

I came to Fluff and Puff on a whim because my 2 dogs were in desperate need of some grooming. I was able to set an appointment and was all set for an easy drop off and pick up for my 2 dogs. As far as I can tell, it seems that they are under new management and I was extremely pleased with the kind and friendly service we received. As far as the grooming goes, never have my dogs looked so good!

They did a good job on the grooming however as I was waiting to I could hear a lady yelling at a dog in the back. F*** this I'm never going to do this dog again. She kept on yelling at the dog and talking to whoever was back there and cursing. Those were the longer three hours I waited for my dog. When I picked her up she darted at me, like any other dog would do when they see their owner. However while waiting to pay I could hear the same person lady yelling at another dog. I don't want take my dog to a place that keeps them in fear. Will be looking for a different dog wash.

I've been taking my dog to Fluff & Puff for the last three years and I have to say the service has declined since they changed ownership. When I picked up my dog after his full service grooming, I was told by the manager that I was getting an extra charge of $15 special handling fee because he bit the groomer through a soft muzzle and she needed to hold him during the process. He never had an issue before with the their previous different groomer. The manager said he probably behaved this way because this particular groomer wasn't as patient with him as the previous one which to me shows a lack of experience. Instead of calling to inform me, I was told about the extra charge afterwards when I picked him up. Also, I had taken my dog for a face trim about a month earlier and I was told the price was $10 and up. I was charged $25 because of the amount of hair they cut which is a rip off because he's such a small dog. It should be a set price. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back.

You can go any local dog park and see a shaved dog and know they recently visited Fluff and Puff. They take shortcuts and shave your dog, the do no grooming. Just shave and potentially injure your dog. Do not go here.

We dropped our dog off and was so disappointed with his cut. First, we asked for a teddy bear face and definitely did not get that cut. Second, they shaved my goldendoodle all the way! He looks awful. We did not ask for this cut. I'm shocked bc I used to take my other dog here years ago and they were great. But they did not do a great job for our new fur baby. I understand there were some mats. Our normal groomer has no problem using a conditioner to get them out. We were visiting family which is why we came here. So upset. Will not be returning.
