Mize's Thriftway is a great small town, locally owned and operated supermarket. It is known as the heart and soul of the community, providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience where employees chat with customers and carry groceries to their cars. The store is very clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop. It features an excellent meat department with cutters on duty, a deli with daily specials including the best fried chicken, a bakery, and a produce department. While some note it can be a little pricey, customers find it worth it to support the hometown business and avoid crowds. They also offer online ordering for curb side pickup.

This is the best small town grocery store. It is very clean, well stocked, easy to find products. Very helpful and friendly employees. Still takes your groceries to car for you. Price are wonderful especially sense it is the only grocery store in town. Family owned.
