While prices may seem a bit high, it is considered the best service of any hardware store, a good old-fashioned place where the helpful employees ensure you find what you need and are satisfied. Customers are encouraged to ask for help if they cannot find an item, need project advice, or are looking for a gift.
Ken is hands down one of the nicest guys I have ever met! To the way we were greeted, he offered right away to help us find what we were looking for, his interaction with other customers, and his employees- - all top notch! Highly recommend going to see him for your home good needs or just a nice conversation.
