“Yesterday evening as I was traveling I realized my windshield wipers were worse than I thought. I made an impromptu stop through the Coffeyville O’Reilly’s and was not disappointed! I was greeted when I walked in, and the gentleman was able to quickly identify the size of blades my car needed, presented the options, helped me locate a coupon (because mine wasn’t working), and then installed them for me! I was in and out in merely minutes and he had me taken care of. I regret not getting his name, but if you read this, I truly appreciated your generosity, kindness, and professionalism. 5 stars to this store and their employees! Thank you!”
