“This is just the kind of gym I went to back in the day. Decent equipment, plenty of it, good array of choices for each type of workout, and no showy flash all over the place characterize this humble but excellent gym. It is a family-friendly place where you rarely see all of a person, shirts are required, and sweating is expected. Walking, riding, rowing, lifting, stair stepping, and even provisions for the kiddos and the dogs can be found here. This is all in addition to an extensive set of dumbbells and free weights. I am glad for the simplicity of its external appearance and the excellence with which they maintain the equipment. This is no city center pop culture gym, this is the real deal.”
