I'm filling out this review as I sit in their waiting room. I called ahead was told to arrive between noon and 1pm to have a document notarized. I have a half hour lunch. If I'm even 1 minute late back to the plant I get docked half an hour. Right now I'm on overtime and my regular time rate is $54/hour. That means that they just cost me $40.50. They don't know when the notary will be available so now I will go find someone else to notarize my document.

Debbie and everyone at H & R Block in Coffeyville do an excellent job. Customer service is wonderful and in this day and age, that is a hot commodity. They make you feel welcome and are attentive. From a practical standpoint, they are efficient and are great at answering questions and concerns. I will continue to be an avid customer of the services at H & R Block in Coffeyville!
