US Cellular has teamed up with T Mobile. This is a challenging move for them both. So far all of my needs have been met and the team work hard to care for their customers needs. Customers should really have patience as this movement is still new and could take some time to master.

Don’t upgrade with these folks, very much a run around, not only that but two of the 4 always got an attitude and never really that helpful. Upgraded and now I truly wish I didn’t, be mindful of what you do and ask a lot of questions - they don’t care about customer satisfaction just money grabbing, just go somewhere... read full comment

They were so helpful. They are great with customers. They treat them like family.
