Walmart Supercenter offers a clean facility and friendly staff who are attentive and eager to help customers. Many shoppers have had positive experiences with employees, noting their willingness to assist, even outside their departments. However, some customers have found the store disorganized, with items misplaced and certain products locked away without immediate employee assistance. This has led to missed sales opportunities for some items, like headlights and LED bulbs. Despite these issues, customer service at the Coffeyville location shows improvement, providing a generally good shopping experience.
