Arrived expecting to redeem my free roast beef sandwich from their national online promo. Saw a sign in the window promoting their online promos, so I felt good going in even though the app couldn’t find their store. The clerk told me that they do not honor those deals, I suggested they remove the sign from their window. They lost a $15 sale beyond the free sandwich and got this poor review. If you invest in a franchise you ought to participate in their promotions…..particularly when you advertise them on your window!

My primary reason for leaving this review is because the lobby was closed when it was posted to be open. Their was no note on the door, just a locked door. 1 star feels somewhat exaggerated for what I have to say, however also it is good reason to avoid this Arby's. I am not generally going to review a chain especially poorly unless I think that it is not fulfilling it's purpose. This Arby's is situated along the I-70 corridor meaning many travelers like myself will be visiting this Arby's. When traveling even the littlest inconvenience can be a big deal.

Very clean restaurant and friendly servers. Food was hot and fresh. Plenty of self serve condiments to choose from.

We arrived, at about 7:20pm tonight, the door slammed behind us, more than announcing our presence. Then we stood at the counter for a while, and nobody ever came. Then suddenly a small lady stand up from sitting behind the second counter, and eventually more employees came out, slowly, no apology for the wait. Then they took our order, and opted to have full blown conversations in Spanish behind the counter, that’s fine I can follow, but was still rude, knowing the entire customer base in the building at this time are clearly english speaking. The one who took our order had airpods in, and a couple other employees.We just did not feel welcomed, and the service was beyond subpar.Then, our food was finished, and really quick!!! They just sat it on the counter, did not say anyone’s name, just pushed it in the counter.Needless to say, wasn’t pleased with the service this evening. For customer care the care was lacking.

Would have been better if wait staff wasn't loud speaking Spanish while we were trying to enjoy our
