I had a chip pop up shortly before entering town on the 40… Checked with Butch’s to see if they could help me before I left town that morning and they were able to get me in and fill the chip! Got me back on the road so I didn’t have to stress that along the way. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely awesome! Even though they had a packed schedule, they bent over backward to help this traveler with kindness and expertise.
While driving to Oklahoma, my Toyota Sienna threw a 'Check AWD system' error mid-trip. Colby was the nearest town. The tech hooked up a code reader and diagnosed it as a communication problem that can happen when the battery voltage is less than optimal. He located a new battery, personally drove to pick it up, installed it, and I was back on my way at a very reasonable price.
What I love most is that he noticed I had a big bag of chocolate candy in the car, so he made sure to keep the AC running so it wouldn't melt. I dishonor my savior by not remembering his name, but he knows who he is and I hope the shop enjoyed the home-made beef jerky.”

“Popped our tire traveling in the middle of the night through Colorado on our road trip from California to Wichita. Was able to limp through the night on a donut until the next morning. We arrived with a toddler and 2 dogs & was helped instantly. They replaced the tire quickly and were super friendly. Definitely recommend these awesome people!”

“These guys did an excellent job with helping our girl going out west and had a break down blew a radiator!!! She was on her first road trip and was kind of shook up about it. These guys helped with the tow, she was about 20 miles out of Colby. Got her in there pretty much had the problem diagnosed Had to wait to get the radiator in the morning. ( absolutely no fault on these guys!!). Got the radiator in the morning and got her going and they said they tested everything and they did!! She made it 4 more hours to Denver and another 8 back home!!! Great communication and great and honest workmanship!! I'm actually a mechanic but 4 hours away and couldn't help out baby girl. Keep up the good work guys and thank you again!!”
