“I am a hotshot truck driver from North Carolina and I was staying at the pilot store in Colby Kansas when I ended up with a front brake problem On my truck. The truck was rendered undrivable because of the problem. I walked to the tractor supply store, which was about a mile and a half away from the truckstop. I needed to purchase things to complete the work and get back on the road. I worked with Scott Petty, the assistant manager and Ben Siefers I have to commend Both of them for their customer service skills and product knowledge. Scott went above and beyond by giving me A ride back to the truckstop where my truck was parked. I do want to add that I am a big tractor supply fan. I actually do a lot of business with them since I have started my hotshot truck driving business. Every store I have been to. I have always gotten good customer service But I do have to say that between Scott and Ben they Truly made me comfortable with my purchase to get my truck back on the road and really enticed me To conduct business with tractor supply in the future. Scott and Ben both are true assets to your company and I just wanted to give a tremendous shout out and a far as TSC and all your convenient locations I will continue to shop your stores. Keep up the good work!!!!”
