This place deserves 0 stars!!! We booked and paid for 2 rooms at 4pm. The hotel is listed with 24hr front desk. We showed up at 9:44pm to check in. There was NO ONE THERE!!! The open sign was turned off. All the lights were off, blinds were closed. We called the phone number 10 times, rang the doorbell 15 times, knocked on the door several times, and even called the local sheriff’s office and they couldn’t even get a hold of this lady. Found a hotel couple blocks down the road. Apparently this owner is known for her TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She will literally turn customers away just because she doesn’t feel like working that day or is just too lazy to clean the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE! In fact, hotels.com should never advertise this business! I will be reporting this hotel to the BBB!!!

The 4 stars for the rooms is only because it's actively undergoing renovations and some may not find it cosmetically appealing. That aside, I was very happy with my stay here! The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and clean! The owner is a great person to chat with, and made sure I was comfortable and responded quickly to get me batteries for the TV remote. My dog was also very comfortable staying here. I hope I get to come out this way again, because I'll definitely stay here.

The pictures on this site are not correct. We had to stay in this town due to work. Walked in the room smells worse then rotten milk, the heater doesn’t work so they had to bring a space heater, the beds are terrible and the smoke alarm started beeping at 4 in the morning. I won’t ever stay here again I would rather sleep in my truck

I had a family member in hospice so I stopped to rent a room for the weekend. I was told by the lady working the desk that she couldn’t handle anymore rooms. I ended up driving to Greensburg. I returned this weekend for the funeral and stayed down the street at the Foxtrot Inn.

Super cute little motel! First the lady in the office (the owner) was so friendly and accommodating. We got to our room and it is a cute little room and very clean. I will stay here every time I travel through Coldwater KS!! The price was unbeatable as well.

Ty Comanche motel for your honesty and not price gouging the outta town workers who come visit your little town of cold water..I would suggest this hotel to all outta town construction workers who live on a perdium fix income ..other hotels in town are asking way to much for weekly rates ..Comanche was good to are crew at 350 a week ..much appreciated

This room was super clean, had decent furniture and upkeep which was a nice change. I usually like to travel almost as economical as possible because I'd rather spend money seeing sites, visiting family, being outdoors, etc. So having a clean motel that feels safe and comfortable is amazing. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rooms unfinished, trashed, and smell horrible. I don't know how this place has good ratings. Complete and utter disappointment.

Great little place.The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.They are remodeling,upgrading rooms.I will definitely stay again if in the area.Food & drinks: Not really a lot to eat in town,but the grocery store is about a block south.
