Called several times and ask if they had a certain item, they said yes. When I drove 30 miles round trip they didn't have it. After third time I stopped going there.

We moved here in January we always try to do business locally if possible. They have little to nothing here and they really don't even try to help you problem solve. I'm used to smaller hardware stores saying they don't have an item but usually they try to help by offering to order it or suggesting an alternate item. Nope not here... you are on your own. May the odds be in your favor Given them a few tries and I'm pretty underwhelmed. Home Depot and Lowe's are 30 minutes away, just plan accordingly.

The high school kids they hire never know where anything is at... also, when we call over phone and have a question on if they a certain items, they never want to go look to see. I just have rarely had a good experience with their customer service.
