I'm always apprehensive about bringing my vehicle in and having it worked on, but I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. Their communication was great and they did everything I asked of them, and did it right. They followed factory torque specs, factory fill procedure, etc. Some places wouldn't do that, they'd bolt it back together and call it good. I'm glad I've found a transmission shop I can trust.

Please don’t make this Shop your first stop do yourself a favor and try any other shop first. I had a bad experience with these guys had to take it to a different shop to get fixed.

BUYER BEWARE
I have yet to find a shop owner of lower character. Be aware that when you use this shop you encounter a high probability of damage happening to your vehicle with absolutely no responsibility or accountability taken by the owner, making their mishandling of your property become your issue instead of fixing their mistakes. I’d encourage just about any other shop over this one.

If I could give them zero starts that would be more suitable. It took them 6 weeks to even take a look at our car, and I kept my composure through it because I was aware they were busy. The day I told them I was going to pick it up, they said they were going to work on it. Go figure. I went there to get it to take it to another shop, and the moment we pulled in, they closed the garage door and closed up shop. I walked up to the the car and it appeared to have been side swiped. He denied it and said it was my problem. You’d think a man of his age would learn accountability by now. Dishonest. Whether they personally did it or not, it happened in their lot. I’m sure they’ve done good work, but I would definitely stay away from this shop if you want someone with integrity and accountability. After raising my voice during the conversation rightfully so, he said in quotes “try not to hit any of the cars on your way out”.

Joe and his team at Jett were awesome!!! First of all, they answered the phone every time I called throughout the process; and that seems to be rare nowadays. They had my truck diagnosed almost 24 hours after being dropped off. The day after I authorized transmission and torque converter replacement, I was driving away with a 3yr warranty! Took my daughter's car to 3 other places with "can't find anything wrong" results. Jett figured out the problem was outdated software. Remapped computer solved fuel delivery problem which solved shifting problem...nothing mechanically wrong with trans. This guy is sharp and honest.

Where do I even start? I was traveling back to Iowa from Texas when my tranny took a dump on me. I was pulling a 3000Lb trailer loaded with and 800Lb Harley Davidson street glide with my 2012 GMC Yukon Denali XL. Licking my wounds, I was able to limp it over to Jett Performance Transmissions.
