“I called in asking some details regarding my diesel pick-up. This was after I had called about six different establishments. They finally were the ones who could give me information that was meaningful and relevant.”
“Late February 2024 we hit two large raccoons as we were on our way to Concordia for the night. The bottom of my car was totally ripped off and we were unable to drive it. After we were towed into town the driver recommended Concordia Collision auto shop. The shop was closed for the day so we met Shawn, the owner, the next morning. He offered his own car to us so we could drive to Salina to pick up a rental car! The damage on my car was quite extensive and Shawn started ordering parts as soon as the insurance estimate was complete. He kept us in the loop and four weeks later all the repairs were finished. We live seven hours from Concordia so we feel so fortunate we were able to trust Shawn with this job. I highly recommend Concordia Collision!”

“My wife and I hit a deer on a Saturday night south of Concordia, and the vehicle was not drivable. We had it towed to Budreau's, as it was highly recommended by both a gentleman who stopped to see if we were okay and also the tow truck driver (PJ - who was also great to work with).
Despite living 6 hours from Concordia, Budreau's was great to work with. Shawn Parker was an excellent communicator, and the work they did in repairing the vehicle was outstanding. The vehicle was a Ford Expedition which had a lot of sophisticated tech that needed repaired, like 360-degree cameras, adaptive cruise control, etc. Everything was well done, and we would highly recommend Budreau's for any automotive work whether body-related or electronic/tech.”

The staff are very polite and efficient, and they check multiple sources to find you the cheapest and safest parts for vehicle repairs. They are incredibly fast and thorough in checking your vehicle. They provide good recommendations for where to buy parts, even if that means going to another store. Their honest, efficient service deserves 5 stars!”

“We were really impressed with your professionalism and practical assistance when we had brake trouble on a recent trip (late Oct.) from Fargo, ND to Dallas, TX. A special thanks to the front desk help (Bailey?) Alex and you for pulling together the parts and expertise needed to get us back on the road. Having lived in numerous large cities/countries we felt our experience with your crew in Concordia, KS, ranks near the very top of our list for customer satisfaction.
