Customer service is down in Concordian dept. The lady who normally waits on clients- Hattany (?) is short with everyone . Pretty rude, everyone who interacts with her gets upsetting experience. Regarding the wi fi itself...well it get off once in a while. Especially sad for remote workers.

There should definitely be a 500down/50up package. I'm constantly bottlenecked by the network... Gets real bad when downloading. To be fair... I'm not the average user...Ravioli, ravioli, give me fiberoli <3
