“They have a great variety of exercise and weight machines, a good range of dumbells, and a large open area to stretch or do weightless exercises up above the main gym. It's quiet and never crowded, no one stares at you while working out, and a friendly environment. The staff is polite and very helpful. They helped me get a guest pass for a week, only $25! There are also lockers available for free to put your belongings. Highly recommend coming to Sharp Performance!”
