“New in Town , for only a few weeks. Called pharmacy to see if they would fill my escript that I was going to have called in because a lot of pharmacies don't carry this medication and have to order it. But also alot of pharmacist won't even fill them ever. I was getting so nervous because I have to have these meds. It took so long to even find A Dr here to get this medication. Luckily when I called the woman on the phone who helped me was so very polite she had me on hold for short amount of time to make sure that they had some in stock she said they did and that there would be no problem filling them for me even if it was the only medication that I received there. She then proceeded to ask if I had ever been there before I told her I was a new patient here temporarily while my husband's working. So she offered to start a new profile for me so that I would have a file on my medication did get sent over from the doctors they would be able to go ahead and just get it filled right away for me and they texted me as soon as it was ready they were fast very courteous excellent customer service skills it's too bad that pharmacies like this ain't all over the world. The majority of pharmacies make you feel ashamed to even ask if they will fill your medication. It's not right that they do that when I went and picked my medication up I didn't have to drive very far I'm staying in Belleville and drove up to Concordia for the pharmacy they also had a nice drive-thru I was in and out of line so very quick no copay or anything I was given no trouble at all I'd like to give this pharmacy 10 stars if I could I couldn't find one thing wrong with them I didn't go inside but I think next time I'm in town I will stop by there because it looked like there was many many little different things for sale Hallmark cards gifts knick knacks things of that nature that you would probably find in a gift shop at a nice hospital or something it looks like a lovely store and I look forward to going inside and maybe do a little shopping. But from now on I will be using Auburn Pharmacy I will have all my prescriptions transferred to them and continue to use them until I move back to Tennessee. I recommend Auburn Pharmacy in Concordia , KS. 110% to anybody looking for a good pharmacy with friendly and welcoming pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and other workers. Usually most pharmacies pick and choose who they wanna fill certain medications to just by there looks. I know this because I've been through it a lot in different areas, and also I have 2 daughter's who are licensed pharmacy technicians in the state of Florida and they told me that's what they do especially when filling pain meds ADHD meds, the list goes on but mainly any type of medication that is either a controlled substance/narcotic/or opiates. Although that wasn't the case for my medication it is controlled substance think a type II, I take Suboxone films to manage my chronic pain and because I was on heavy pain meds for 20+yrs so yes that made me addicted to pain meds because little do people know that if you take anything even over the counter meds like Tylenol Benadryl anything at all if you take it for 2 weeks or more you're automatically considered an addict and people don't realize this.This medication has been lifesaver for me Emma recent amputee and have many other health issues I've been on this medication for over 7 years and I also suggest to anybody that has chronic pain and the taking opiates or narcotics prescription or otherwise to control their pain try this medicine find a doctor this isn't methadone it's nothing like methadone! you cannot take anything that has opiate/narcotics in it,if you do u will automatically go into full withdrawals. Also you can't OD on this med it also removes cravings I have no desire to ever take pain again this medication is vital for many chronic pain or drug addict pt. This is a much needed pharmacy for everyone. Don't be ashamed”
