I went to my US Cellular to get a lower priced plan but the technician said there was no lower plan. And yet, I had looked online and saw lower plans at US Cellular. Makes me want to get a different provider... Not impressed today.

Absolute best customer Service experience I have ever dealt with when it comes to a phone company. They were even able to give me a ride home because I missed my ride. I had gone a week without a phone and was suffering and they helped me so much. Hands-down the best customer experience. Riley and Trevette are the absolute best!!!!!

I have been with US Cellular for 15+ years. They have always helped me when I needed it. The only con that I have against them is that they are sometimes on the slow side. Silver lining to that is that they have made sure things are done right!

Worst customer service ever. Tried 2 stores for help after phone had issues. Concordia ks and Beloit Ks. Was told to call 611 from that phone (not operational) to get help. Then they hung up in Concordia. Went to the store in Beloit and the associate plugged the phone in and said "ok, its ok now" and hurried us out of the store. Changed to Straight Talk from Wal-Mart. The customer service was so helpful. I plan to steer anyone away from us cellular in the future. Bad customer relations. Subpar products. Buyer beware

My family was a customer for almost a couple of years and we didn't have a problem when we first signed up, in fact, it sounded almost too good to be true. We had purchased my mom a new basic phone since she is getting up there in age and didn't need anything fancy and the rest of us got smartphones. At the time, the owner was there and told us that he could get us waived activation fees if we signed up, which sounded awesome because at a nearby store we were told that it was $25 per line. Fast forward about a year and a half and my mother did not need her phone anymore. I knew there would be an early cancellation penalty, but for a basic phone, it was supposed to be $150, prorated over time...or at least that is what I found online. However, when I called in, we found out that my mom's phone, which was in no way a smartphone, was actually on a smartphone contract and the etf was $350 prorated. We also found out that we were on a small business plan, which was another surprise to me, since I don't own a business. I later found out that that is how the owner got our activation fees waived. I'm not sure if this constitutes fraud or not, so if you do sign up with them, be sure to check your contract. Don't get hooked in to a bad situation with the US Cellular in Concordia. They put on a pretty face and talk about customer service, but they sure do some underhanded things on the back end.
