“Our water pump started making some noise on our way from Michigan to Arizona this summer. I found Matt's shop on Google and just showed up at his shop. He was very helpful and said we could park our RV next to his shop. To shorten a long story Matt dropped everything and ordered us a water pump, which arrived the next morning at the area Chevy dealership. While we were waiting he pulled the truck in and pulled the old pump so he would be able to start reassembling it as soon as the parts showed up. He checked on us during the evening, to verify we were ok.
Matt picked up the pump from the dealer first thing in the morning and had us back on the road before noon!
