I haven’t had a real steak in so long I accidentally over cooked it to medium well instead of a proper medium rare. Even still, it’s still the most tender and flavorful piece of steak I’ve had in years. Normally I’d be mad at myself, but I didn’t even really notice a difference due to the quality.
