Friend bought lower control arms for my HHR & installed them for me,
When he told me the parts were $215 each. I didn’t believe they were that high. So I called the o’reilly auto by my house in kc , they told me they are $118 each
So my friend ask if we could get some money back , or match other auto part stores price
Of course they said no. They pay more for the parts );
I’ll never step into another one of their stores. Ever !

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Gary came to my house (only 2miles away) and jumped my car so I could get a new battery installed at Carquest. The entire service was only about 30 min. I will definitely be using this shop again!

I get my car needs at this Desoto Kansas location! Why? Helpful, suggestive, great prices. This store acknowledges our hometown vibe. The local magazine and high school activity poster is posted. I love their car wash. There is super pressure and the solution selections are full. personal people who help. one time, the owners assisted me when I pulled my boat through the wash bay.

After dealing with 2 other car parts stores, I ended up here. Best price out of all 3 and I got what I needed. If I'd have gone to O Reilly, I would have spent $350 on a part I didn't need and still had a broke down car. I highly recommend Carquest and will go with their experienced staff. They don't treat women like they don't know what they're talking about.
