“We had a wonderful event at the Barn at Kill Creek Farm! It was such a great venue! It was a great place for our company Christmas party! Janice, the manager, was easy to work with, always returned my calls/emails right away, and answered all my questions. Plus, it is right off the highway and easy to find, (and not nearly as far out of town as you might think)! Now, I am daydreaming about other events I can hold here! Thank you!!!”

“We got a ton of compliments on the venue and it was great to have a wonderful outdoor ceremony location and reception venue all on site. Getting to rent it for the entire weekend was a huge plus also. The communication early on was lacking, and the venue was put up for sale in the spring which scared us and we got response times of weeks sometimes. It finally sold and we ended up with a new contact Ellie that was amazing and coordinated with us in the weeks leading up and was on site to help (a fuse blew and we didn’t even know until the next day thanks to her). They are going through renovations in the offseason but would recommend taking a look if you are looking a ways out!”

The space was beautiful, the price was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was easy to work with and made the entire event run smoothly. “I understand what people are saying that there wasn't a lot of barbecue available to eat. Normally at competitions they do a People's choice where the barbecue competitors cook extra food, people buy a ticket and then they can eat and rate that food... but they weren't doing a people's choice at this one. Now what we did, which I highly recommend, is doing the Party of the year ticket which is Friday night so it's your entrance and also you get to go to three of the hospitality tents and eat and drink as much as you want so we had plenty of barbecue on Friday night doing the party of the year ticket I think it was $48 which included your entrance fee. The event is really focused around the competitors there's hundreds of teams both backyard and professional if you know someone yes you probably could hang out at their station at their tent but it's really more for professionals and backyard barbecue competitors.”
