Wow! Professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, cleanliness and attitude were all TopNotch ? at this cute little Derby shop.I think my dog even had an accident while they were trimming his nails, and to avoid any embarrassment they both quickly cleaned it up and didn't bat an eye!Excellent service, ladies, Bravo!

Employee on the phone was completely rude. I called to schedule an appointment but any time the employee ask me a question about my dog she would interrupt me before I could finish answering the whole question she asked. I don't know if I'm overreacting or not but I thought that was rude.
