The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, we love the outdoor patio space that our apartment has, the complex is pretty quiet, and I never have issues parking directly in front of my apartment building. The office staff are friendly and helpful, there are several great amenities (sand volleyball, basketball court, amazing pool area, updated gym, putting green, playground) and the amenities are well kept. Maintenance resolves issues lightning fast!”
