Apartments in Derby, KS

“The gals at Hearth Hollow are amazing, Rachel helped my family out with items with needed.
They are on top of getting things done!
Love this place and the staff.”

“after living here 5 years here is my official ‘shit sandwich’ lol:

the amenities are amazing and the units COME WITH washers and dryers. unheard of!!!! ?

you will not get your full deposit back. no matter how well you clean, how many units you rent, or how many years you stay. you just won’t.?

they removed the gates that they used to lock in odd ways so it’s a lot easier to get to your apartment at night if you live on the west side of the creek. nice and quiet most of the time even after the removal ?

all in all i feel it’s just too many units with not enough staff, but the staff that is there is amazing. thank you Trish and Andy you guys have helped me through so much.”

“I see a lot of negative reviews about this complex so I just wanted to share my good experience with them. I moved into a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in 2022 and just moved out a month ago. All of my neighbors were kind, dogs upstairs were loud but that comes with apartment living lol. Maintenance was wonderful, always so kind and responded to requests quickly. I had an emergency with the smoke alarms and they were there within 30 mins. I made sure to follow the move out instructions (which I assume others maybe didn’t…) and got almost all of my deposit back minus the fixed cleaning fee which they outline in the lease - and I have an animal. Management was always nice too and never gave me any issues. The only gripe I have is with the apartment itself and its because the smoke alarms are very sensitive so they frequently went off while I tried to cook anything, however I know that is not management's fault. Everyone is going to have different experiences but my was very positive. Thank you guys for a great apartment!”
