i couldn't be more pleased with my great new iphone 15 pro max with lidar and a l;ightning hole....i honestly believed from my grandpa doc brown the time traveler that the lightning hole literally shot lightnings out like zuess the Hercules man but thats not true... I was hesitant to make the switch from my old service of walmart prepaid cards and 34 dollar phopnes to at&t but when my financial overview took a tumble with the dow on jfridayy night 7 hours before the big drop in, well lets just say i absolutly deficated right into my grown man underwears. so i ran on down to my local at and t store where i met WILL OATMAN, and he helped me out and made things so simple... now i dont know what id do without my cell phone and i think about that a lot... sometimes i have to ask it my own name even.,. seriously help me im scared...and thanks will oatman, manager i love it this phone is great and ill never say bad words to my phone which is an essential tool for running my business from home and supporting my family and meeting the 9 chicks in witchita on tinder... thanks will!! you helped me gain money from doing business on my phone, but also confidence that i needed to lead my company back to the top of the PCI market analysis peak during level growth and exponential sideways candlestick chart evaluations. I can't make this up people, the prophecy that Jesse will take over the telecommunications industry is among us. This kind man told me how wrong the customer service guy that was on the phone. He fixed my phone for FREE and sent me on my way. I came back the next day because I couldn't seem to pass on a cheap upgrade and lone behold one of Jesse's triumphant colleagues presented me with my new phone in 40 minutes and gave my girlfriend two unopened iPhone 13 cases! If you made it this far, stop by this store. You won't regret the amazing service here!

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience at this store with the sales associates. Alma was amazing at getting our services switched from Verizon, Dante was awesome at helping us get our new phones set up when they arrived, and Cody was also amazing at getting our watches ordered and explaining to us all the charges. They are all AMAZING...

There was only one representative.
So I had to wait until he finished helping out another couple.
The only real disappointment that I have.
Is that they not only didn't have wifi service in my area.
They also did not have the wifi Hotspot device that I needed in the store?
I was able to get set up for service but had to order the device.

Went today on 01/09/2024 and it was hands down the most poor service. I wanted to see about getting a new Apple Watch because mine won’t turn on. The girl couldn’t be bothered and was on her phone the whole time. The guy basically told me to go home and plug my watch into the computer to reset it - in which at this point I just wanted to get a new watch. They gave me no info or quote on a watch because taking my broken one home would be the “cheaper option”. And then they both just sat there. The store smelled like weed. I was the only person in the store and they had zero interest in helping me. Just overall terrible customer service. I would rather drive 30 minutes across town to a different AT&T where I’ve received good service before than to ever come back here.

Courtney at the Derby Ks AT&T on Rock Rd was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! I walked in closer to closing time and she was so patient with me. She Never did rush to finish helping me. She took all the time I needed to get my problems resolved. She is so kind and caring. AT&T is very fortunate to have such a wonderful representative, It's people like her that keep me coming back and staying loyal to AT&T!If you want someone who cares about what you need and will do the best for you then take the time to go to Derby and ask for Courtney.?
