This specific Casey's is TERRIBLE. I have order pizza here 3 times and each time they mess it up. The last time i called and spoke with a manager and was told they couldnt do anythingabout it now. One day I stood at the counter waiting for a cashier for 15 minutes! I asked the kitchen if anyone was working the register and was told, I don't know, I don't work up there. Theyhave the worst service. They dont even deserve the one star.

The pizza is okay, but our experience ordering through the app was awful. They got everything wrong, and I do not mean just customizations. They forgot half the standard toppings that were supposed to come on the brisket pizza. We also ordered an Italian wrap, which they literally handed me directly from the deli cooler. It was premade and packaged. I asked for NO mayo, but that didn’t matter, because this wrap comes with mayo. What is the point of allowing customers to say NO MAYO if that’s not really an option? This was my only special request. The worst part is that there wasn’t any meat, with the exception of a thin piece of salami. I truly believe they forgot to add the main ingredients, at least that is my hope, and that they aren’t actually selling these pathetic wraps on purpose. I do NOT recommend ordering any sandwiches or wraps at all. This store should be ashamed of themselves. They are very deceptive in the app leading customers to believe they are ordering fresh made-to-order food, rather than cold wraps and sandwiches found in the cooler of a convenient store that was made 10 hours earlier. My husband wouldn’t even eat it and he’s not picky at all with food. That says a lot. I’m only giving them 2 stars because the manager was nice. I used to like Casey’s, even preferred it over QT, but I am so put off by the deception that I deleted the app and have no plans to return.

The lady’s that work in the morning most days are the absolute best. I don’t meet very many people that are really well-rounded at their jobs but these lady’s are pretty awesome. Thank you for being so open minded and polite!

If I could it would be ten stars let me start by saying the store was very clean. The two beautiful young ladies makein the pizza are truly awesome. I hope I get there name right Abigail and Raven the pizza was excellent the chicken wings were perfect and the man at the cashier Daniel was freaking awesome. I do not know who there manager is but they do an awesome job. Thank you Casey's I will never go back to meridian street

Supeior food, sub-par customer service, ie, usually only one person at the register, even if there is a line of customers. It seems as if not only with this store, but many others I have been to in a three state area, something is always out of order. Most annoyingly, it has been the ice/soft drink dispensers. The most used items other than the restrooms. For them to be out of order, is just short of a crime.

Don’t go to this Casey’s! I have been a Casey’s costumer for 10 years and sadly after this morning I will not be returning. If this Casey’s makes a mistake they will somehow make it out to be the costumers fault and treat you like a liar. I have never been so humiliated ever in my life. I spoke to the manager Alan, and instead of apologizing to me for the embarrassment they’ve caused, he called it a miscommunication. That is no way to treat someone when YOU Casey’s, made a mistake. Thanks Casey’s! Oh and FYI those vuse pods are a dollar cheaper at qt for the two pack and guess what?? They actually sold me a two pack instead of charging me for two and only giving me one.

First time ordering online at this location. Arrived at appointed time to find my b'fast pizza was being remade because the first burned. The employees were busy with a truck unloading goods into the store along with prepping other orders, sandwiches for lunch, etc. When my replacement pizza came out about 10 mins later, the smiling woman at the counter said "no charge! Sorry you had to wait!" Wow! Customer service like that is in rare supply these days. Highly recommend this Casey's!
