First of all I canceled my my Cox then I called to see what my final bill was and it was like convert $200 of course how can that be I canceled over a month ago that really pissed me off and you are the most greediest company in Kansas you charge outrageous prices when you know people are struggling right now I will probably never use Cox again you need to train your people better

Had to get a new modem because the old one quit working. Was on the phone with customer service for over 30 min and they couldn't get the new modem working. I went in and Dale listened to my problem and was able to fix it in just a few minutes.
