Internet sporadically disconnects frequently. Cox charged me $75 to come out and look at it. Didn't fix the issue. Over the phone said it was most likely my device, even though I told them it was all devices simultaneous losing connection. Ping is inconsistent and makes for a bad gaming experience. They also have a monthly data cap.

The people that work at that store are so friendly and helpful!! Cox as a whole, not so much. But those people represent the company well!

Cox is somewhat expensive but you definitely get better TV or internet than any other cable company I would recommend cox to everyone I know

The young man who "assisted" (I use the term loosely) me today at the Derby store was extremely rude. When I mentioned seeing a plan and price online, but wanted more information, he told me in a very obnoxious manner that I should go home and do it on the internet because they don't do that in the store. He was very unfriendly and was unnecessarily condescending. Unfortunately I don't have a choice as to which company I use for internet where I live but I will never use this store for my Cox needs in the future!

Couldn’t recommend them less. I got a $100 charge to my account for something they admitted they didn’t outline correctly but wouldn’t correct. Poor customer service and the chats get disconnected frequently. The technician was rude and complaining about having more jobs assigned to him.

Use ATT. These guys are the worst. Prepare to fight them on random charges ever other bill. Terrible customer service.

WiFi is great WHEN IT WORKS. They are always having outages or something mess up. The store is great but the everything else is absolutely terrible on the technical end of things

Store retailers have no information and can not help are rude to a degree of argumentive when they cant help you and let you know to call customer service which makes it a bad experience i dont pass the buck is a bad customer statement when they cant help
