Very good fast efficient service. Customer service here is very good. They also never charge you unnecessary fees. Very straight forward and professional. The cars are also very nice and they take good care of both their cars and customers very well.

These guys… I reserved a one way rental to Kansas City a week before traveling. They called me today which was less than 24 hours before departure. They informed me they don’t do 1 way rentals. If they had told me when I rented it I would have been able to make other arrangements. As is there is no alternative available now. This is the third bad experience I have had with this location.

I got the damage waver on the vehicle. So when we were doing our walk around, And I pointed out scratches, he said. We don't have to worry about that because you've got coverage. That kind of bothered me Because I felt like the scratches should of been documented. Whether I had insurance on the car or not. I left with no paperwork whatsoever. Went back into the office and he said he emailed it to me and I said I would prefer a paper copy in case I get pulled over for some reason. reading the paperwork over it shows I'm driving a white tacoma instead of the black one i rented.

This is 2nd time i’ve rented from them and got a car that i don’t believe is EVER cleaned nor serviced. it barely has enough oil. Looks like someone chewed tobacco and splattered it in different spots all over the inside. i had to wipe down drivers area because my hands were sticking to every surface i touched. passenger side has no floor mat and there was lil crumbs of what looks chocolate and is now on my passengers dress. No pride in work anymore. AND if you call you get a continuously looped message about their EXTRA cleaning efforts. Over and over. in my experience they aren’t cleaned AT ALL. NOW that i’ve been driving for 14 hours my eyes are damn near swollen shut and i’m sure it’s because of all the animal hair left under the seats i wouldn’t have ever connected my allergies to the vehicle had they not FORCED me to detail THEIR VEHICLE. smh. it’s thru a insurance claim but i would NEVER recommend them anymore. 2nd time in two years. last time there was smashed cheetos and fries in the back seat. not kidding. I wonder if I get a deposit for the shape the gave it to me in. ? rhetorical of course. but a full detail can be over $500. IM NOT DOING IT btw but i will be trading vehicle asap. ridiculous to have to go thru this during an already stressful time.

I had lost faith in the first experience a couple months ago when I was surprised with a $300 deposit and a 'trade up' from a mid-size car to what was later categorized as a 'micro-SUV' (Hyundai kona) which is nothing more than a very small compact. however, my most recent encounter with a different counterperson (Mr. Rafael Florentin) was much better. he was very pleasant, respectful, professional and treated everyone I witness very well, did not have the car that I reserved but did upgrade me to a REAL mid-size SUV. When that one was determined to not be satisfactory (hadn't been cleaned yet) , he provided me with an acceptable replacement. because of the much better experience I had with Mr. Florentin, I would go back there again and would recommend everyone to speak with him because it was HE that restored my faith in the company.

Booked a rental in advance called to make sure it would be a full size vehicle, was assured it would be a full size sedan similar to a Camry or sonata. Morning picking up my rental all they had was a compact suv. I would do business elsewhere

My dad had to get a rental car because a person hit his car. Enterprise was fast and friendly getting him set up. So far happy with them.

This location has gone downhill. The new Manager Charles is the worst. Poor customer service and not good at his job. When a customer can stand in the lobby and get a better rate on Enterprise wedsite than he is giving going through insurance that is a problem. Also don't dare leave anything in the rental when you return it. You will not get it back. Yes it was our fault we left it behind but they will take it and say it wasn't in there. Sticky fingers.

Worthless. Made reservations online for noon pickup, shortly after 9am I called to see if there was a possibility to pick up sooner. The rep tells me it won’t be ready til 4pm.10 minutes later, I receive a phone call from Enterprise downtown and they said they have a rental available for me.Kudos to Enterprise downtown Wichita. Thumbs down for Derby location, at what point was I going to be notified a rental wasn’t going to be available. Mind you that my reservation was within 3hrs to be picked up, if I hadn’t called, I probably wouldn’t find out?

Made a reservation in advance, called to confirm the reservation the day before, and guess what? No cars again! This is the third time this has happened to me this year with Enterprise/National, and as an Emerald Club member I am DONE with this company. Never again. They have gone so far downhill in the past year it's laughable. Quit the false and deceptive advertising, guys, a good lawyer would put you out of business for this. If your site says you have cars, have cars. Otherwise just say "unavailable."
