My boyfriend took his car to Firestone with a stripped lugnut several places could not get off. Firestone took the time to stop and do what they could to help him right then and there. They not only got it off but expected no charge at all. Very good customer service and very kind workers. They care about their job and customers! Thank you to the manager and employee who helped him get back on the road for his trip back to Texas!

I took my vehicle to Firestone in Derby last month to get new breaks and replace my driver’s side front axle. The service was excellent. Communication, transparency, education when needed — Gary and the team at Firestone offered everything I needed.
Yesterday my car began bumping inauspiciously while I was driving so I pulled over and had it towed to Firestone. Firestone was slammed, but they made time to inspect my vehicle promptly.
They discovered that the axle was faulty and that it needed replaced. Not only did they order the axle and have my vehicle ready within 24 hours, in spite of the glut of vehicles requiring service, Gary ensured I received constant communication, no charge for the axle replacement, and a refund for the tow.
The best indicator of a company’s ethos isn’t how few mishaps occur, but what the company does in response to inevitable mishaps. Despite Firestone being absolved of the faulty part, they still took accountability for it and provided an excellent customer experience.
I’ll be returning to Firestone in Derby. The team, Gary in particular, have consistently treated me well.

This is coming from someone who worked at a Tires Plus for 4 years, basically Firestone with different colors, I was shocked. Was told there would be a 2 day wait for a carry in Road hazard repair. What's the point of buying road hazard if they aren't willing to get you in at a timely manner. I know John at Tires Plus would never turn away a carry flat, especially road hazard. I mean they literally just have to break down the tire and patch it, no lift involved. As I used to be a tech it was tops a 15 minute job. Will not be returning to the Derby Firestone again.

I purchased tires here for both my truck and trailer. The price on both sets of tires were the best I could find around town. Service was quick and seamless. Austin and his team are top notch and provide a great customer service experience.

Firestone employees were professional and reliable. Getting automotive maintenance scheduled and rescheduled is hassle free. Place is clean, and they make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend

Bunch of Wanna be mechanics took my truck there charged me for $600 and didn’t do a single thing but break shit then told me to bring it back after I got everything fixed that they just broke and they would finish the job. Needless to say they got done with it and I had had to take it to the dealership and it’s been there ever since coming up on 4 weeks unless you want more work and more problems I would stay far away from these jerkoffs

Being stationed out here with my family for 2 years now there is no other auto care place I take my Jeep to. they’ve always made time to provide care for my vehicle as well as get it back to me in a timely manner. I believe it was Garrett? That I talked with and his customer service was outstanding and made me feel seen and heard which I feel is rare at a mechanic place given being a woman. I didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze extra money from me or upsell me anything extra. they did what they needed to and offered me recommendations without feeling pressured to get them done immediately. will definitely continue using their services and if you have the chance I highly recommend you to go there.

Got all new tires with rotation and service was incredible! Usually go up to E Kellogg but will probably make Derby location my go to now 👍
