So I walked into the store yesterday with a question on getting my headset exchanged as of yesterday was one day over the two weeks return policy, but I was told by the girl that I needed to talk to her manager, so I called today spoke to josh and was told because I’m a couple days past the two week policy The system goes into a locking mode And there’s nothing they can do. Item is in perfect shape. I have the receipt and the Packaging .And i was simply looking to replace it Or upgrade to something better quality the cord seems defective and basically told I should have bought a warranty, I would have thought as a customer who has been coming to GameStop for years I would be taking care of on such a small Issue.

I was a little disappointed having to drive 35 miles to pickup my online order, to be greeted by a sign saying they wouldn't open until 1:30pm instead of noon due to staffing issues. Everyone waiting outside with me for the pre-order of the new Zelda-Tears of the Kingdom is the only thing that made it worthwhile. A bunch of amazing people. Thank you for sharing your time with me, all of you.

I like this store very much. They have a very adequate inventory of games and accessories. They have great sales. I wish they had more Marvel action figures, but they have plenty of DC and Star Wars.

So cool of you to take an hour break starting at 7:40pm…. When you close at 9:00pm and lock your business door. Ummm there is a sign that says “This door is to remain unlocked during business hours”! Tell me, how is this okay?!
