“What an amazing staff! They are always extremely friendly and have my prescriptions filled on time every time. I am so glad I dropped Walgreens and switched over to them. There is never long waits and the pharmacy is very clean and organized!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy staff here. They are always so helpful and patient. We drive past no less than 5 other pharmacies to come here because of the customer service we receive. I feel the staff have gone above and beyond to help us resolve payment issues when I have coupons or once when I couldn't figure out why my discount card wasn't working. I never feel rushed or like they are impatient with me. From the techs to the pharmacists, everyone is pleasant and helpful. They give the impression of having great teamwork. I honestly have never had a negative experience here in the more than two years we have been utilizing their services.”

“The Pharmacists that work here are extremely helpful and nice! I switched from Walgreens at Harry and webb to the CVS target in derby. Walgreens is a lot closer to my house, but they don't treat you right. I'll drive an extra 5-10 miles to get good customer service. Angela is my favorite pharmacist here. She goes above and beyond to help me.”

“This Derby location has really turned around... and the one I went (Seneca) to has fine down hill.My doctor called the Seneca location while I was out of town and his nurse then arranged a new med, discount card, etc. (I have a great doctor btw) so I got to Seneca location and they had no notes. They tried to charge me 3506 cash price for the medicine the doctor office verified discount card should be 25. They rang up the wrong quantity.I was given the option of take it or leave it. Even though previous transactions were in the system they wouldn't check it. So I called Derby because I had to find someone that would listen...In 10 minutes Juaqun the Derby technici an got the 3506 medicine corrected to $25; got the correct quantities on my other 2 meds for 90 day supplies, transferred everything to Derby. Walked in and Sang gsve me a great consult in the New medicine which I had not been offered at the other store.If you need help go in and ask for Juaquin! He and the rest of the staff did great!Why? Well they did say that they Re under new management in that store and it shows!”

“I would like to First say I have a revolving prescription that is ready on the same day every month. I almost always call ahead to let the pharmacist know I'm on the way. That is exactly what I did on this day. Upon arriving @ 8:15 the pharmacist tech told me that my prescription was scheduled to be ready at 11:15 and I should come back then. When I arrived there was nobody in the Drive-Thru. I did not see anybody standing inside, I did not see the pharmacist tech help anybody else. I own two businesses and working on developing a third. I cannot imagine telling one of my clients they need to come back in 3 hours knowing that they live out of town and they called ahead because I am working on other clients orders that are not even present. I did not see another Soul in line I am the first and only person in line. After I got my prescription I pulled out to tend to my baby as i am sitting there she turns an elderly lady down to say she would have to come back. If that was my grandma I would want her to get her prescription and be home say before taffic gets heavy around the lunch time hour. To me this is unacceptable thankfully the pharmacists made sure that I got my prescription in a timely manner. So for that I will give five stars. However they need to work on that techs attitude as she was preety rude to the older lady.”
