This is solely a bathroom review. Quiktrip has always had high standards of cleanliness. This QT’s bathroom standards show much neglect and are down right disgusting. In the future I will go out of my way to avoid using the restroom here.

Clean and always friendly staff who are quick to check you out. You will never stand in a line for very long no matter how busy it gets. That’s what I love about stopping into a QuikTrip. Also, you can count on getting the same top quality experience at every visit no matter which store location you stop in. If it’s a QuikTrip, you can count on it.

The staff, no matter what shift, are always professional and polite. Even when I am not at my best, they treat me like a valued customer. The store always looks great.

I haven’t had one bad experience there until September 16, 2021. I was there at 7 am, grabbed my breakfast and went to check out. There was an older lady at the resister with gray hair and she said “well we had food until this guy showed up”. Now I don’t know if it was intended as a joke or if it was a personal dog at my size, but it was said with a tone of annoyance. I’m not sure why any comment like that is necessary, I even emailed their corporate office that day with no return contact as of today September 20, 2021.

Why are there signs on the doors suggesting that customers wear masks when not one employee at K-15 and Meadowlark in Derby was wearing one? Shouldn't both parties follow the same guidelines?
