Our second month with the unit, we forgot to properly secure the lock and were notified almost immediately, which really bolstered our confidence that Blue Sky regularly inspects the units there for security concerns. Even in the position of having to leave the unit unlocked for a few weeks, we had no break-ins or missing property, thanks to the smart location less than a block from the Derby Courthouse and Police Department, and the due diligence of their staff.We had a small issue with miscommunicated information, but the Company was prompt with managing public relations, customer satisfaction, and quality controls and worked quickly to resolve any potential disputes.It's hard to find businesses that truly go above and beyond to earn positive reviews and put as much emphasis on retaining existing clients as they do on earning new ones. Inflation is taking its toll on everyone, but with Blue Sky Self Storage - Derby we can rest assured that our money is going to a business that actively earns it.
