Do not buy from this store!!!!! They sell faulty devices and refuse to process refunds when devices break!!!!! Also, manager refuses to talk to customers and are very rude!!!!!!

Jarod was an amazing help in getting us hooked up with the Internet at our house. The best part of it all is if we travel we can have high speed Internet as long as we have T-Mobile coverage and an outlet.Will definitely be returning for future services.

Even though it make take the in-sotre reps some time to fix the call center reps mistakes, be patient and let them fix it. They are beyond knowledgeable and helpful and patient. You can took They love what they do here.

This Derby store is amazing! One of the reasons I decided to transfer my cell service was due to the service I received at this location. Lamaya is one of the best cell phone representative I've ever encountered. She was polite, professional, and very patient. She took her time to explain the cell phone plan that would best suit out needs. She also took time to write down everything associated with our plan that T-Mobile offered. A few days later when I returned to T-Mobile in order to transfer our phones, it started out as a simple transaction. Then things went from bad to worse. T-Mobile tablets kept malfunctioning. However, Lamaya being the professional remained patient and continued working through the problem. When another problem arose with my existing cell phone provider, Lamaya as well as Jordan continued being the most patient, knowledgeable, and professional employees of T-Mobile. Thank goodness they got our phones transferred to their service. I only have to wait for our phones to come in the mail. The turn around time to receive our phones is about 5 days. T-Mobile has a number of phones available in their store inventory. However our phones had to be mailed due to the style and brand. Other than that we would have left the store with phones that day. One final reminder, this store as with most cell phone stores is much busier after 5pm. If you are looking for cell service, please give this T-MOBILE store in Derby a try.

Service could be so much better. There is always a wait and always something they can't do in the store so customer service has to be called.

My fiancé and I had a terrible experience here. We got two new phones & phone numbers on Sunday after being there for three hours, and we had to go back the next day because our phone numbers did not work. We also had to go back today because we were getting charged $40 more than what we were quoted and the staff member, Jordyn, could not give us a solid answer as to why this was happening. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was friendly but not helpful and we still have a $10 charge on our account that should not be there. We should not have to go to tmobile three times in one week.

I am beyond livid about my experience with the T-Mobile store at Derby on Rock road! I got a new iPhone and upon telling them to not give me a protection plan they gave me two protection plans I did not want!!!!!!!! Also they gave me a fifth phone line I did not want!!!!!! How did I find out???? My phone bill was overcharged so upon looking into it I found two protection plans I never wanted and a fifth line I never should have got! Also I now have had to chat online with T-Mobile customer service to find out not only did it not get fixed the first time but now my second go around it’s finally getting fixed!!!!! Grrrrrr!!!! Also to add insult I now have to pay a bill I can’t afford due to it being $50 over what I was supposed to pay which was $113 but now is $168 because the store clerk screwed up. Not happy!!! T-Mobile said they can’t help me it’s on me to pay the over priced bill. Last of all I had to spend two hours chatting to get this fixed! Very unhappy customer!
