Understaffing causes long wait times (up to a week) for prescriptions to be filled. Walgreens really needs to warn us when refills take more than the usual 2-3 days to be filled as some people might not be able to order refills that early for controlled medications. The pharmacists were very polite.

Why can't a big corporation like Walgreens find Pharmacist? People need their medication, figure out what to do!!! Mine better open back up today or you will lose a customer and I will make it a point to make sure that everyone knows that Walgreens corporate offices don't care about their customers!

Second rating in a week. Suppose to have medicine last Friday. Did not have it. Wife went in Monday, did not have it, be a couple days. This is Thursday, was NOT ready, will be at least 30 minutes. Like I said in my last review, Walgreens does not care and never will. Just a horrible customer service business. Consistently run it through our old insurance, charge us wrong, "don't know who you spoke to last time", they know all of the things to say because they do so many things wrong it is second hand to have the excuses ready. Poor little gal that just got chewed on. like I said, I never post bad reviews, but this place is the worst I have ever seen and it has been going on for at least a year or longer. It is time to speak up.

I would like to First say I have a revolving prescription that is ready on the same day every month. I almost always call ahead to let the pharmacist know I'm on the way. That is exactly what I did on this day. Upon arriving @ 8:15 the pharmacist tech told me that my prescription was scheduled to be ready at 11:15 and I should come back then. When I arrived there was nobody in the Drive-Thru. I did not see anybody standing inside, I did not see the pharmacist tech help anybody else. I own two businesses and working on developing a third. I cannot imagine telling one of my clients they need to come back in 3 hours knowing that they live out of town and they called ahead because I am working on other clients orders that are not even present. I did not see another Soul in line I am the first and only person in line. After I got my prescription I pulled out to tend to my baby as i am sitting there she turns an elderly lady down to say she would have to come back. If that was my grandma I would want her to get her prescription and be home say before taffic gets heavy around the lunch time hour. To me this is unacceptable thankfully the pharmacists made sure that I got my prescription in a timely manner. So for that I will give five stars. However they need to work on that techs attitude as she was preety rude to the older lady.

Went in for the covid vaccine. Received a five dollar off coupon if you spend a dollar. Brought items up to a very rude from the get go manager (grey collared shirt) she told me rudely to type in my number and I told her I want to use my coupon. She said alright , rang me up and no discount applied. I questioned her and she said this coupon doesn't so anything and that it was gonna be the original amount . She wouldn't explain so I started walking out and she loudly exclaimed thank God and started laughing with other guests. What a terrible employee. Hope I can contact corporate about this.

Watch out for this pharmacy I have gone in 5 times in a row for my grandmother's medication and she has been shorted exactly 4 pills each time.

I would give them negative stars if I could. They never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Even while sick and my prescriptions were sent in at 11am they were not ready by 3pm. Still left to suffer and wait. To make matters worse each month I have an auto refill medicine that is always out of stock. If someone refills the medicine and is on it for over a year you would think that they could get it in stock in a timely manner. This month 8 days after it was auto refilled they still had not got the medicine in stock. I finally had to drive to a Wichita location to get the prescription myself. The staff show no care in the world or sympathy for the inconvenience that they put customers through.

This Wal-Greens has the most polite staff. I get my prescriptions filled here and they are great at reminding me when they are ready.

Always so quick and the absolute happiest and friendliest pharmaceutical staff I've ever been to! Never had a bad experience with these guys! Even the Walgreens staff is really friendly!
