The customer service at this store is truly the best—not just compared to other hardware stores, but any store I’ve been to. The staff are always willing to help, kind and patient with my kids, and they’ve even gone out of their way to help me load heavy items into my vehicle. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for as a customer, but this store delivers every time.

Ace rewards are a beautiful thing, picked up a 4' ladder and when it was all said and done saved 20$ and they carry stihl equipment which is very convenient, and always have everything I need for any job usually I find little things I can't hardly find else where, Ace is great, I mean that's just a fact.!

Was looking for a replacement handle for my mini sledge, this was the third store I tried and I was getting frustrated. They also didn't have what I needed, but were more friendly and helpful and were able to order what I needed. Amazing staff members!

5 Stars it is for this Ace, absolutely exceptional customer service from the Employee Logan this morning. Went in to get a battery for my key fob and it still was not working, and Logan went above and beyond to help me try to solve the problem! Absolutely impressed with this young man’s Customer service!

Rarely have interaction bc I usually know what I want. Bought a Stihl chainsaw, used it for 5 minutes, pulled the string out of the starter. Took it back, they were VERY accommodating. Chuck worked on the stupid thing for at least an hour. Let me hang out to watch, and I was way more frustrated for him than he was for himself! That man has some patience! They got me fixed up and back on my way. I frequent this store for small purchases all the time. Today showed me there are still quality places to deal with when you have a real issue. Thanks for the help Chuck!

We needed a nut for our lawnmower and although it was a very inexpensive purchase, they were very helpful and I was able to mow this afternoon, thanks to them! I really appreciate their customer service!
