“Stopped in for online returns and was very impressed with Margaret and Elaine. They returned and exchanged everything in one transaction. I had stopped in a few months ago, but was not impressed with the younger staff's lack of customer service. I'll stop in when Margaret and Elaine are there.”
“The parking lot exterior of the store and Green. Provided easy access. Once in the store, I found it to be a comfortable temperature adequately lit in order for me to find the things I was looking for. It's obvious that the staff inside the store, making an effort to keep saying, placed in the proper areas. It was easy to find sizes that I was looking for. After making my selections, as I approach the checkstand, the cashier acknowledged me approaching and invited me to enter her line or there was no waiting. She did encourage me to apply for a In-store credit card. She made the extra effort to show me what my savings would be. She was a respectful and understanding when I stated that I would prefer to shop on a cash basis.
Most of all, I appreciate that sell prices and clearance items were indeed sell prices or clearance prices rather than inflating item prices and then offering a percentage off. I actually spent considerably less than I anticipated for the things I wanted. This store seems to respect their customers desire to get the most for their hard earned money. Great prices. Quality merchandise. Terrific customer care.”
