Really miss the Pratt store they were always helpful with a wonderful attitude. Ask about buying new mattresses and box springs from a dodge city store and they rudely told my wife they didn't have time to order it..I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on unless they open the Pratt store again.

Terrible store! The girl that helped me was stoned out of her mind and she also reaked of pot. I'm not against everyone and their life style but she couldn't even do her job. Also this store has nothing compared to rent a center! Save the trip and go to rent a center.

Bernine he's one of the worst managers and that store poor customer service his attitude he is rude I think they need to fire him or giving more training I hear a lot of bad things about you that's sad that a store like that has a manager like that�����
