The ATT company is a good company but the people that work in their stores need training. I have been there twice to try and inquire about plans and options and every single time I've felt like I wasn't welcome there. Needless to say I've never completed a purchase even though it's the carrier I'd like to use.

Customer service was wonderful at the store. I suggest doing all business in store to deal with the awesome employees they have. Instead of doing it online and over the phone with “customer service”.Thank y’all for helping me out.

I paid off the last of my phone and you increased my monthly fees. They are now higher than when I was still paying off my phone. What a rip. Plus you always charged us more than the quoted price when we took out service from you. When I asked why I was told I had misunderstood the plans. I didn’t but was stuck with AT&T until now. I will be looking at other cell phone providers.
