I had to wait a long time for the employee to help me ask.Do I ask for help. Once the employees started helping me, they were friendly but it was ridiculous how long I had to wait.

Poor customer service. Always short staffed. Nobody seems to know anything about automotive knowledge. They rather look at their phones than attend customers.

Worst experience ever at a autozone location bunch of highschoolers that don't do anything they were just playing around it took me 20 min to get a battery test couldn't answer any of my questions and very rude when i ask for prices on batteries other customers asking for products and they said they don't have anything without checking on the computer ( 0%customer service and knowledge) go to a different place avoid wasting ur time

Joke of an establishment. Worked previously at a different Autozone for years and kept shopping after since I like the brand, but at this point will just head over to Oreilly’s.

Showed up at your store in desperate need of a part. It was 8:55pm. Your associate locked the door right as we were getting ready to go in. I understand it was close to closing time but to close and lock up when we were 5ft from the door is unacceptable. This will be the last time I come to your store. People wonder why stores keep closing and everyone buys their parts on eBay and Amazon. This right here is the reason why. Poor customer service with employees that are more worried about going home than helping someone for 2 minutes

Always have a wait in line no quick in and out here
