Showed up at your store in desperate need of a part. It was 8:55pm. Your associate locked the door right as we were getting ready to go in. I understand it was close to closing time but to close and lock up when we were 5ft from the door is unacceptable. This will be the last time I come to your store. People wonder why stores keep closing and everyone buys their parts on eBay and Amazon. This right here is the reason why. Poor customer service with employees that are more worried about going home than helping someone for 2 minutes

Got stuck in Dodge City Kansas. They lent me the tools to remove and put back on a tire. Everyone else was asking an exorbitant cost.

Nothing unexpected from a parts store. No matter which one you go to aside from price differences they are all the same.... exactly the same. It'd be cool if they sold tool boxes though. I mean there are enough trucks in the area. It's not like they wouldn't sell. Imagine a payment plan on tool boxes... come on, think about it. Lol

Read the reviews people. They aren’t lying. Rude people and worst service. With little to no basic knowledge on car parts. Don’t recommend going here. Wouldn’t care if they didn’t know anything. These people have no manners.

I usually can walk into an auto parts store and get out pretty quickly, unfortunately at this location the staff was not knowledgeable which made it hard for multiple customers to get the help needed. Getting checked out was also a challenge, it took way too long.
