Said they delivered my package but they never delivered it. I was home all day. Can’t get in touch with a real person to talk to. At this point wouldn’t be surprised if the driver stole it. What terrible service. Use UPS instead.

They want to charge you for not being home to sign a package but my cameras show that they never came by. The no show happens a lot in jetmore.

Driver won’t leave packages in requested area. He does not care if they are stolen has even left them at the wrong house before. He is lazy.
