Driver refuses to leave package at ems building (clearly addressed and marked) staff waits all day for delivery only to have hospital in next block and totally different address call to say our packages are over there. This is a constant issue. All phone calls get diverted to fed ex corporate who claims there is nothing they can do.

Package has been scheduled for deliver for 3 days. First day it was returned to the FedEx facility marked as "future delivery requested." No such request was made. Day 2, it was marked as delayed. Day 3, it was marked as "operational delay." I understand the time of year, but to make no attempt to deliver over 3 days when scanned onto a truck is unprofessional.

Nice clean place, not huge, but easy to get the semi in and around. Friendly professional staff keeping it real! Good job on a lot of the detailed reviews folks, this is helpful (yes even the criticism). Part of my job is getting the big trailers of good stuff from one distribution center to the next...(we live/team drive rigs sometimes 6k+ miles without turning the engine off) sometimes a weather delay happens in a completely different state or country, i.e. the nifty gizmo you ordered from Maine may have been stuck in an ice storm where the highway officials say "emergency vehicles only". I've been in that situation and FedEx has a strict safety first policy which helps protect your goodies, your favorite delivery personnel, and the motoring public. Each item must be properly loaded, scanned, and secured before we can dispatch each "leg" of the journey and look some packages have more "legs" than a centipede. The ride from the local distribution center to final destination is one more link to a successful delivery. I like when my local guy hands me the package I ordered and it looks perfect. He did have to let me know that my house numbers had faded and even tho I know where I live it was hard for him to read them from my driveway gate.Keep the reviews coming, it helps us improve. Great job communicating concerns, complaints, and of course (my favorite) compliments.I've met some wonderful people here at FedEx, and at the end of the day that's what we are, people. ? I waited for an empty box to be delivered by FedEx from KitchenAid for two weeks. It never arrived. When I called KitchenAid, I was informed that FedEx showed it delivered a week before. Nope. The KitchenAid representative asked if there was a door tag left instead. Nope. They sent another one. The day before the second box arrived, the first box showed up....shoved under my fiance's pickup in our driveway. There was literally no way that it could have traveled from my porch to the side of the pickup where it appeared. My theory is that a driver suddenly realized that this box hadn't been delivered appropriately and panicked. Whatever happened, it was an absolute dumpster fire from a customer service standpoint.

I tried to make sure a delivery would be delivered to my house because we share a ziocode with another town. They told me I would have to contact the place I ordered from and everything was delivered on time to me I hardly ever have trouble with FEDEX.

Honestly, I don’t even get the details about my package. They never tell me what’s going on with my package and it’s been on pending almost 2 days. I want to know what is causing this delay or pending with my package. I am not sure if the drivers are lazy as the reviews say or unorganized or maybe both. No wonder they won’t deliver my package on time. Not only that the 2 days my item has been on a truck. Like what the heck? Why is my items on a truck and not going anywhere for 2 DAYS!?

They broke one of my items during shipping instaed of saying that they put that the address was wrong.then sent my package back to the company who inturn canceled my order, then with another order the Items have been on a truck for 2 days and haven't been delivered to me and I live 1 hour away.

I missed my delivery last week as it needed to be signed for. Funny.. I didn’t sign for the first delivery but new driver I guess. So I called for it to be delivered yesterday to location in town. It never showed up there either. Now I have some coming today I will have to wait to see if he comes around.I bet money it won’t show, won’t get notified, and who knows what will happen.FedEx ground out of Dodge City is irresponsible!!
