We always have an excellent experience shopping the jewelry counter of our local JCP. This year we had a great sales associate help us out. Ruthann is very knowledgeable and practiced patience as I tried several pieces of jewelry on. She helped me find the PERFECT piece for me with a super good sale going on too!!!

This JCPENNEY in Dodge City, KS, is smaller than some of the other JCP store that I have been to, but it still offers quality merchandise. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
